You'll lead the localized adaptation and system integration of our Global MVNO Core, ensuring our platform is fully optimized for local market requirements. You'll bridge the gap between standardized engineering sprints and diverse needs of local MNOs, regulators, and partners. This role offers the chance to work remotely with a global travel-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate regional mandates into clear functional requirements for the Core Network team.
• Compare local regulatory requirements against platform capabilities and identify enhancements.
• Create high-level technical workflows for regulatory services like MNP and Lawful Interception.
• Define business rules and data exchange requirements for Number Portability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in telecom or tech.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable tasks.
• Comfortable discussing SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
• Skilled in writing User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
• Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
• Familiarity with Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting.
