You'll lead FP&A projects for a Private Equity advisory firm serving Manufacturing & Industrials portfolio companies. You'll own origination and account strategy for 3-5+ sponsors, architecting board-ready reporting and driving operational value creation. This role stands out for its focus on technology stack advisory and AI tool integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary relationship manager for 3–5+ Private Equity sponsors.
• Lead execution of FP&A projects and guide engagement direction.
• Develop board-ready reporting packages, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams, ensuring quality and margin targets.

📋 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience, including 7-9+ in Manufacturing & Industrials FP&A.
• Proven track record owning annual origination and expansion targets.
• Ability to solve ambiguous complex problems without clear direction.
• Experience leading multi-workstream programs across several portfolio companies.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CA certification preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise tech platforms like SAP, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, OneStream.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt AI tools to enhance productivity.
