📋 Requirements

• Track record of building and optimizing multi-stream revenue across B2B and B2C channels
• Genuine financial fluency in forecasting and P&L management
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through periods of change
• Ability to operate credibly with senior external stakeholders including government
