Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with human and AI coworkers to ship software products that satisfy real user needs, participating in engineering, technical, and architecture implementation and review. You will prototype new multimodal agent interactions, review PRs for gotchas and alignment, develop synthetic data generation mechanisms, and diagnose scaling problems. Your impact will be defined by your ability to see around corners in the market, product, and technical implementation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in professional software development
• Knowledge of several programming languages, including at least one statically typed
• Knowledge of fundamental computer science principles
• Experience with databases, data ingestion, containerization, and scalable software
• Awareness of current state of the art in agentic coding

Responsibilities

• Prototype new multimodal agent interactions
• Review PRs from human and AI coworkers for technical and product alignment
• Develop synthetic data generation mechanisms for evals of memory and inference
• Diagnose scaling problems with data ingestion systems
• Prepare presentations on temporal inference systems
