Description

You will work with government agencies to modernize their technology systems, translating policy and operational requirements into scalable, user-centered solutions. Your role involves analyzing existing systems, identifying technical gaps, and defining pragmatic approaches that improve data quality, reliability, and compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience developing software in a team environment, preferably building distributed systems
• Experience with state or federal government systems, ideally in health and human services (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid)
• Ability to translate policy and business requirements into technical implications
• Experience analyzing data flows, processes, and system interactions
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
