💼 About This Role

You'll join the Technical Service Delivery Team, supporting both cloud and on-premise environments. You'll focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud services, handle helpdesk escalations, advanced troubleshooting, and project-based tasks. This role is a senior technical resource for complex client environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up new user accounts and configure printers
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform device migrations
• Provide remote support for Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Manage DNS, SSL certificates, and on-prem infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune
• Minimum 12 months within an MSP organization
• Experience with Autotask, Automate RMM, ITGlue or similar MSP tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Sound network troubleshooting skills
• User support experience with Server 2016-2025
• Experience in high-pressure varied environments
