You'll contribute hands-on production code while leading technical design reviews and mentoring engineers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end system architecture across services and infrastructure
• Contribute hands-on code to high-impact areas of the codebase
• Lead technical design reviews across engineering pods
• Mentor engineers and support development of technical leaders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity (Tech Lead, Staff, Architect)
• Deep expertise in Rust and Go
• Experience with cloud-native architectures on GCP or similar

• Interest in AI-native development practices
• TypeScript/Next.js experience
