You'll manage top-of-funnel outreach for Catchafire, a platform connecting nonprofits with professionals. Your work directly builds a pipeline of grantmaking foundations, corporate philanthropy, and family foundations. This contract role offers a chance to drive social impact through strategic partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own top-of-funnel outreach end-to-end.
• Identify and engage high-potential accounts via email and LinkedIn.
• Build a qualified pipeline of foundations and philanthropic programs.
• Maintain records of outbound activities in HubSpot.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of Sales, Business Development, or fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts.
• Familiarity with philanthropic sector or nonprofit ecosystem.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM.

• Experience as an SDR or BDR.
• Experience at a startup or scale-up.
