Description

In this role, you will lead the development and quality oversight of technical documentation for large, complex projects. You'll manage quality review processes, coordinate with project and firm-wide leaders, and guide the team through design and construction phases to ensure compliance and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum 12 years of related professional experience
• 5 years in construction documentation on institutional/commercial projects
• 3 years in construction administration on large projects
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor integrated quality review processes for all disciplines
• Develop and implement strategy for proactive quality engagement
• Guide development of Project Quality Plan and phase milestone reviews
• Lead technical documentation and construction phase coordination
• Mentor project staff and contribute to business development
