🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver scalable applications using Node.js or Python
• Mentor and technically guide a cross-functional team of 6-10
• Drive Agile practices and ensure high-quality code reviews
• Collaborate with product and design for exceptional user experiences

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs in production
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and OOP principles
• Expert SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning
• Experience with APIs and distributed systems
