You'll drive high-impact product-led programs in a hybrid R&D team, shaping the technical program management function. You'll bridge engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver new products that surpass customer expectations, with the support of a personal BetterUp Coach and autonomy to leverage AI-powered workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
• Drive technical discussions on API and platform architectures, translating constraints.
• Build cross-functional bridges with internal and external technical partners.
• Design AI-powered workflows to accelerate program delivery and automate overhead.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, or partner integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, platform architecture, data integrations, and system workflows.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs, projects, or products at scale.
