You'll manage shift workflow and lead a team of veterinary technicians in an open-concept ER hospital. You'll ensure top-tier patient care and team support, handling everything from huddles to break coverage. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily workflow and shift team bandwidth
• Coordinate breaks and assist with conflict resolution
• Lead shift transitions and team huddles
• Jump in on the floor when help is needed

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) or enrolled in VEG Credentialing Support Program
• 1+ years experience in veterinary technician or assistant role
• Fine motor skills for handling patients and medical equipment
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg with assistance
