💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Mission Operations Engineers driving the Army's Next Generation Command Control (NGC2) program, engaging directly with Corps and Division Commanders. You'll design customer solutions and translate complex technical principles into operational outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape products and deliver cutting-edge defense technology to military formations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead NGC2 engagement from bottom-up, including fielding and delivery for Army formations.
• Manage near-term NGC2 product roadmap based on exercise requirements and opportunities.
• Serve as delivery leadership for major exercise events coordinating across teams.
• Develop and maintain metrics of performance for Anduril products and soldier effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership managing complex programs/teams in defense or tech.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations and multi-domain environments.
• Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Defense Technology Product/Program Management, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success roles.
• Familiarity with Army intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems.
• Secret Clearance or above strongly preferred.
