You'll lead merchant and partnership strategies to drive monetization and growth across European markets. Your work will shape scalable partnership models and unlock new revenue channels, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing. This fully remote role offers high visibility and direct business impact in a fast-paced digital ecosystem.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute partnership and merchant growth strategies.
  • Source, negotiate, and close strategic agreements with partners.
  • Build scalable monetization frameworks and revenue models.
  • Monitor KPIs for partnership performance and ARR growth.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Strategy, Partnerships, or similar commercial role.
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships end-to-end including negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of partnership economics and revenue-share models.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth environments.

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
