💼 About This Role

You'll join our E-commerce insights team to manage data cleaning and quality assurance processes. You'll transform receipt data into accurate business expense insights using proprietary software. You'll collaborate with top engineering and data teams in the U.S. and China.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform accurate data extraction, labeling, and cleaning from email panel or AI-generated datasets.
• Monitor and analyze data trends for merchants and vendors, including email categorization.
• Maintain stability of merchant and vendor data, investigating anomalies like volume drops or spikes.
• Collaborate with China and U.S. teams to ensure data consistency and quality.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience as a data or quality assurance analyst.
• Experience in data tagging, cleaning, or Regex.
• Experience managing multiple processes in parallel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, or QBO.
