🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, scout, sign and represent social media influencers
• Negotiate and procure contracts for talent creators
• Oversee talent onboarding from lead to partnered creator
• Grow and build out a team of Talent Agents

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in talent management of social media influencers
• Experience representing creators across various niches
• Experience managing and mentoring Talent Agents
• Existing deep network of social media influencers
