Description

You'll collaborate with clients to implement solutions on the Placements platform, configure and present product demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor. You will own significant responsibility while maintaining work-life balance.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years hands-on Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, Technical Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analyst experience
• Strong experience with client and stakeholders during full cycle SaaS implementations
• Admin level experience in 1+ systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Ad Servers)
• SQL, Data Management, Data Mapping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative recommendations on platform use and configuration
• Configure and present tailored product demonstrations
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer success
• Map business functional requirements to system/technical requirements
