🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach and develop part-time staff including Shift Leaders and Crew
• Lead food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens
