You'll act as a trusted advisor to contractors, helping them find the right products for their projects. You'll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, process orders, and collaborate with Outside Sales reps. This role offers stable Monday-Friday hours and 20 paid days off in a family-owned company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%
