Requirements

• 2-12+ years experience in backend software development
• Ability to write high quality code in Go, Java, C/C++, etc.
• Hands-on experience with large scale distributed systems
• Strong collaboration skills across workstreams
• Ability to thrive on autonomy and entrepreneurial thinking

• Design next-generation Stripe products for high growth needs
• Deliver value through collaborative, user-first approach with stakeholders
• Mentor engineers to help them grow
• Debug and solve critical production issues across services and stack
