💼 About This Role

You'll own the contract lifecycle from intake to execution, partnering cross-functionally to negotiate terms and move agreements quickly. Your work directly impacts revenue velocity and risk exposure while continuously improving contracting processes. You'll help the business scale with a fast-moving, collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end contract process from intake to execution
• Review, draft, and redline NDAs, MSAs, SPAs, SOWs, and other agreements
• Serve as primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve business and commercial terms

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts)
• Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills
• Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs)

• Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
• JD or paralegal certification
• Bachelor's degree required (JD or paralegal certification a plus)
