Description

You will support end-users and operations groups by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing remote access technology, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Working within the Corporate IT team, you'll track requests via JIRA and collaborate with other technology groups.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in end-user support
  • Extensive knowledge of MacOS, Google Suite; Windows AD is a plus
  • Experience managing desktops, laptops, and networks in an enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting mobile users with remote access and VPNs
  • Advanced technical skills with mobile phones, Apple products, and wireless connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users with laptops (Windows/Mac), network, 2FA, software installations, and license deployments
  • Provide exceptional support for Mac OS and Windows (60/40 split) and wireless devices (iPhone, iPad, Joan)
  • Manage conferencing equipment (Polycom, Zoom rooms) and Windows Server 2016/2019 (AD, DHCP, DNS)
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes for desktop hardware; track requests in JIRA to completion
  • Liaise with other tech groups for cross-training in systems, security, and engineering
