You'll ensure the quality of AI-generated construction estimates for remodeling projects, acting as the bridge between Handoff and enterprise clients. Your impact will be delivering accurate, client-aligned budgets within 48-hour turnarounds. This hybrid role blends construction expertise with product and AI collaboration to improve our platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure quality of AI-generated budgets and takeoffs for enterprise clients.
• Develop QA processes for scope, quantities, materials, and client-specific standards.
• Coordinate budget delivery within 48-hour timelines for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage and supervise estimator team for accuracy and speed.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential construction experience (remodels, new construction, or multifamily).
• Reading construction drawings and performing takeoffs using tools like PlanSwift or Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.).
• Ownership mindset with urgency and direct client communication skills.

• Background in volume residential construction or material supply.
