You'll partner with product teams to provide legal counsel and risk assessment throughout the full product lifecycle, striking the right balance between innovation and compliance. As part of an AI-native company, you'll build a global legal compliance framework and draft contracts and policies to support rapid growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal counsel and risk assessment to product teams
• Build and refine global legal compliance and regulatory governance framework
• Draft and review contracts, policies, and legal documents
• Support financing activities and manage external counsel

📋 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction
• 3+ years of legal experience
• Strong foundation in corporate law and operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
