Description

You will drive growth in the NICU market by prospecting and closing new business, consultatively selling rapid genomic testing to hospital teams. You'll be the primary contact for neonatologists and NICU staff, executing regional sales strategies and collaborating with health system leaders to accelerate adoption of genomic testing for critically ill newborns.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospital-based sales or genomics
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex hospital environments
  • Promote rapid adoption of genomic testing
  • 75% travel or field time including some weekends, evenings, or overnights

Responsibilities

  • Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business with hospital-based NICU teams
  • Serve as primary account contact for neonatologists, hospitalists, and NICU clinical staff
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations on the value of rapid genomic testing
  • Collaborate with Directors of Health Systems to engage hospital leadership and optimize utilization of rapid genome sequencing
