💼 About This Role

You'll work with the Partnerships Engagement team and Google stakeholders to support internal and external engagements at key sustainability events. You'll drive processes, manage trackers, and coordinate executive schedules to ensure alignment. This role offers the chance to manage high-impact events like COP and New York Climate Week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain trackers for executive invitations to third-party events
• Initiate and manage Google processes for engagements, including contracts
• Interface with third-party organizers on event logistics
• Administer Google-hosted events at offices and venues
• Compile reports and status updates for executives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event management or related role
• Work experience in clean energy, sustainability, or technology
• Strong project management skills managing multiple projects
• Ability to work across global time zones

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google processes and contracts
• Familiarity with COP and climate events
• Location in Mountain View or San Francisco
