🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct market, user, and competitive research for pricing and GTM strategy.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards using SQL and Excel.
• Lead growth campaigns, pricing experiments, and community initiatives.
• Design and optimize operational workflows and automation tools.

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years in strategy, biz/ops, or growth in a startup or consulting environment.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work to amplify output.
• Analytical foundation in SQL and/or data modeling.
• Strong ability to operate autonomously end-to-end.

✨ Nice to Have

• Comfort with SaaS metrics, growth loops, or community-driven product dynamics.
• Instinct for identifying process debt and automation opportunities.
• MBA or technical degree, but demonstrated output preferred.
