Description

As a Store Manager at Reformation, you'll lead efforts to achieve store goals, drive sales performance, and deliver an elevated customer experience while acting as a brand ambassador for sustainable fashion. You'll manage operations, monitor sales, coach your team, and uphold inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Available to work minimum 40 hours per week
• Open availability across full 7-day work week
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget
