Description

As a Capital Markets Associate at SoFi, you'll support the launch of new products, develop capital markets execution strategies, and drive investor education. You'll collaborate with senior managers and external partners like institutional investors and rating agencies to execute transactions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics, or similar technical field
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Expertise in presentation skills (Microsoft Google Suites) leveraging AI tools

Responsibilities

• Work with business, credit, operations, and finance teams to develop new SoFi products
• Analyze portfolio/collateral characteristics and economic data to support capital markets execution
• Lead diligence process to prepare investor education and marketing materials
• Research industry best practices and peer group analysis for product innovation
• Support content preparation and due diligence for external stakeholders
