Description

You will lead the planning and execution of retail renovation and special projects across North America, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and minimal disruption to store operations. Act as the primary liaison between store teams, HQ, and contractors, overseeing all project phases.

Requirements

• 6-8 years project management in specialty or luxury retail, preferably renovations
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of construction costs and best practices
• Experience with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Smartsheets, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for up to 10 renovation and special projects per year
• Serve as primary liaison between store teams, HQ, and contractors
• Develop detailed schedules and phasing plans with minimal disruption
• Manage bidding, award, and vendor delivery coordination
• Conduct site visits and enforce quality and safety standards
