You'll design user-centric solutions for a healthtech software platform that digitizes hospitals. You'll own meaningful product challenges from prototyping to high-fidelity UI, working hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and medical professionals. You'll also pioneer UX research practices and contribute to our design system and Storybook.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user-centric solutions balancing needs, requirements, and feasibility.
• Create Figma prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity screens.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and medical professionals.
• Contribute to design systems and Storybook for consistency.
• Own product challenges and shape critical decisions in a high-growth environment.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in design, HCI, or comparable field.
• 2+ years of product design experience in complex B2B software.
• Proficiency with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience with tokenized design systems.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Experience in healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, V0).
