💼 About This Role

You'll join the Functional Skills team to help apprentices achieve Maths and English Level 2 qualifications. You'll take ownership of the Speaking & Listening element, ensuring an outstanding experience for learners. This fixed-term contract offers the chance to make a tangible impact in a mission-driven EdTech unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule, facilitate and assess Speaking & Listening exams
• Deliver English sessions to individuals and groups
• Manage the Functional Skills inbox, responding to apprentice queries
• Provide administration support internally and externally

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of English teaching experience (including TA or Tutoring)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver excellent outcomes
• Ability to complete and review critical processes with accuracy and pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
