You'll own core game systems (player accounts, compliance, social) that underpin every game at Fortis. You'll define product strategy, partner with engineering and game teams, and bring clarity to complex, ambiguous areas. This role sits on the Game Tools team, shaping how communities form across our games.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product strategy for core game systems
• Shape social layer (referral, chat, guilds) for community formation
• Build relationships with leadership across game and partner teams
• Prioritize across competing demands with structure and calm

📋 Requirements

• Product management experience owning complex products end-to-end
• Consumer-facing services experience (accounts, identity, social) at scale
• Technical depth to engage with engineers on system design and tradeoffs
• Cross-functional instincts to build alignment across teams

• Experience in or supporting game development (free-to-play mobile)
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and agentic workflows
