💼 About This Role

You'll lead the client delivery function for Amber's utility technology across Europe, building and scaling a team of product managers, designers, and operations. You'll turn signed partnerships with major energy retailers into live, thriving products that deliver genuine value for consumers. This role is yours to shape as the first dedicated delivery leader in the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee technology integration and launch with major utility partners.
• Build, scale, and lead a geographically dispersed delivery team.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships with major utilities.
• Develop a repeatable delivery model for multiple concurrent implementations.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record leading long-cycle B2B or B2B2C technology implementation programmes (12+ months).
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector or SaaS selling into these verticals.
• Experience scaling European teams and building delivery culture across geographies.
• Comfort operating across the commercial spectrum from presales to partnership governance.
