You'll provide 1:1 home health visits to clients in Monroe County, PA, following a designated care plan. You'll make a meaningful impact by monitoring conditions and reporting changes to your clinical manager. This role offers flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in PA
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
