💼 About This Role

You'll support a large life sciences technology company on an acquisition initiative involving Clinical Outcome Assessments, related documentation, and limited enabling software. You'll draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on the transaction side of structured asset acquisitions, with a collaborative remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support structured asset acquisition process for COAs and related assets
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements
• Coordinate with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams
• Handle transaction-side work for acquisitions

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant legal practice experience
• Experience with structured asset acquisitions and commercial agreements
• Familiarity with transactional work involving intangible assets
• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction
