💼 About This Role

You'll lead Coins.ph's UAE market entry as the first crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses. You'll drive commercial strategy and build partnerships to accelerate adoption. This role offers the opportunity to shape a new market with stablecoin rails for remittances.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute UAE market-entry plan aligned to corridor thesis
• Drive early partnerships to accelerate adoption using stablecoin rails
• Oversee compliance agenda ensuring alignment with VARA expectations
• Act as connective tissue between Dubai market realities and leadership

📋 Requirements

• Based in UAE
• Senior fintech/payments/remittances leader with demonstrated ability to build new market presence
• Strong understanding of crypto and stablecoins with practical familiarity of remittance economics
• Prior experience engaging UAE regulators (VARA ideal)
