💼 About This Role

You'll lead tax strategy and compliance for a fast-growing fintech in Colombia. You'll build end-to-end tax processes and drive automation to support rapid scaling. This role reports to senior leadership and offers high visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end tax processes from scratch
• Ensure compliance with Colombian tax regulations (IVA, ICA, retefuente, GMF)
• Manage tax audits and DIAN inquiries
• Lead automation of tax workflows and data integrity

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Tax Management within regulated financial institutions, Big Four, or fintechs
• Deep knowledge of Colombian tax regulations (IVA, ICA, retefuente, GMF)
• Experience designing and implementing tax strategies
• Direct experience managing tax audits and DIAN inquiries

• Experience with SQL or tax data automation tools
• Building or leading tax committees
• Cross-functional stakeholder management
