You'll lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technology initiatives, partnering with account leads and leadership. Your core impact will be ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. You'll also play a key role in team casting and operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects end-to-end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting cadences
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring to support profitability
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks through a formal risk register

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in creative, digital, or integrated agency environments
• 3+ years in a senior or lead role overseeing retail, digital, or social campaigns
• Proven track record managing complex multi-channel projects from concept through execution
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike

✨ Nice to Have

• Automotive account experience
• Spanish proficiency
• PMP, SAFe Agilist, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification
