💼 About This Role

You'll own and accelerate Observe.AI's end-to-end revenue engine, driving pipeline and optimizing conversion across all digital and lifecycle channels. Your work directly fuels scaling efficient growth in a rapidly evolving AI market. Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to build a predictable data-driven growth machine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own pipeline growth across inbound, outbound, and product-led motions
• Build and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, and lifecycle
• Optimize funnel performance from first touch through closed-won
• Lead demand generation programs including ABM, digital campaigns, and webinars
• Build a culture of rapid experimentation grounded in data and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
• 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record scaling pipeline and revenue in B2B SaaS
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization

• Experience with AI, CX, infrastructure or enterprise software
• Strong analytical mindset with SQL or attribution models
• Experience partnering with Sales and RevOps in high-growth environment
