You'll manage and grow health plan client accounts through strategic relationship management and solution-based selling, acting as a trusted advisor to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This high-impact role combines sales expertise with account management responsibilities, including renewals and upselling, in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage and grow health plan client accounts through strategic relationship management.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, renewals, and contract discussions.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through account planning.
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking of opportunities, pipeline activity, and client interactions.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success or account management within healthcare plans.
- Strong understanding of healthcare plan administration and self-funded models.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person and virtual settings.

- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
