  • Manage and grow health plan client accounts through strategic relationship management.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, renewals, and contract discussions.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through account planning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking of opportunities, pipeline activity, and client interactions.

  • 5+ years of experience in client success or account management within healthcare plans.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare plan administration and self-funded models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person and virtual settings.
