You will lead and manage engineers, drive the technical design of Nextdoor's Ad Serving platform, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions for advertisers of all sizes.

Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale infrastructure serving millions of users
• 3+ years leading teams to build engineering platforms at scale
• Ads domain expertise and knowledge of industry trends
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Clear communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team through recruiting and mentorship
• Drive technical roadmap and architecture for the Ads Serving platform
• Design and build scalable, reliable ad serving systems
• Ensure ad server compliance with platform guidelines and regulations
• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to define the adserving roadmap
