You'll support talent acquisition and People & Culture projects at a fast-growing AI employee experience platform. You'll own active sourcing and help shape the employee journey while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic tech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and approach talents via LinkedIn.
• Create job postings and coordinate publication on job boards.
• Support applicant management and interview organization.
• Assist with HR reporting and KPI tracking.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in BWL, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-6 months availability for the internship.
• Very good German and English skills.
