You'll join a specialized AI team delivering cutting-edge GenAI solutions to U.S. federal government customers. You'll own production rollouts of GenAI applications and serve as a trusted technical advisor, influencing the product roadmap. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using the latest research techniques.
• Own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Present at conferences and shape the product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with U.S. federal civilian, state, or local agencies.
• Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) with tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimizations.
• Extensive hands-on data science experience with tools like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark.
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
