🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor player feedback across forums and social channels for sentiment trends.
• Translate qualitative insights into actionable gameplay improvement recommendations.
• Analyze player behavior and in-game data to support balance decisions.
• Design and evaluate tests for new gameplay features and mechanics.

📋 Requirements

• 1000+ hours of gameplay in action RPG or Soulslike games.
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional presentations.
• Experience working in a fully remote and self-managed environment.
