You'll enable speed to market, manage statutory complexity, and reduce product launch risk. This role is critical for translating legal requirements into actionable guidance for Product, Compliance, and IT teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interpret insurance statutes and regulations for multi-state filings.
• Assess regulatory impact on Employee Benefits, Protection, and Retirement products.
• Lead legal positioning for state filing objections and negotiations.
• Translate legal requirements into guidance for product design and operations.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years legal or regulatory experience with multi-state insurance statutes.
• Experience with insurance product filings in Employee Benefits or related lines.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations teams.
