You'll lead a Learning Center providing evidence-based therapies including ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy. Your oversight will drive clinical outcomes and operational excellence while building a positive team culture for children with autism and their families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee clinical and day-to-day center operations
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and clinical mentorship
• Manage site budgets, staffing, and billing productivity
• Drive client acquisition through community outreach

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Speech Pathology, or related field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in ABA or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical best practices
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
