Join our R&D team to improve the usability and design of OneTrust's privacy, security, and governance platform. You will create deliverables across the design process, establish UX best practices, analyze data to inform decisions, and advocate for user experience within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience with full product design process
• Portfolio of UX projects
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
• Enterprise product design experience with web-based applications

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables for the full design process including information architecture, interaction design, and prototypes
• Identify, define, and promote UX best practices and templates
• Collect and analyze user experience data from web metrics and customer support
• Monitor and apply relevant UX trends
• Serve as a UX advocate within the organization
