You'll join the Starlink team to ensure maximum asset uptime in a high-volume PCB manufacturing environment. You'll drive reliability strategies, reduce downtime, and support critical equipment performance. This role directly impacts the production of the world's largest satellite constellation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide reliability and sustainability of new installations
• Own equipment improvement plans and preventive maintenance strategies
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, integration, or reliability engineering
• Ability to read and understand equipment schematics and OEM manuals

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in engineering with reliability analysis experience
• Experience with CMMS programs such as Maximo or SAP
• Certified reliability engineer (CRE) or maintenance reliability professional (CMRP)
