💼 About This Role

You'll guarantee maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency of a fully automated fulfillment center's building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). You'll manage all preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, coordinating with external specialists and automation maintenance teams. This role owns the technical condition of the entire facility, impacting the logistics chain directly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Responsible for technical condition and safety of all TGA systems
• Diagnose and coordinate repair of critical technical faults
• Define and manage preventive maintenance plans and legal inspections
• Optimize processes for energy efficiency and fault management

📋 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's/Master's in Facility Management, Building Technology, or similar
• 2+ years experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Fluency in German and good English skills
• Class B driver's license
